#052 Tremolo     (Sold)

What are three things on the Surf Green Cruzcaster that I have never done before.
#1——It’s Green
#2——Colour matched headstock
#3——Tremolo on a Tele
Mac wanted the surf vibe for his Custom guitar so we started at the beginning which for him was the need for a tremolo.  I have built Strats and even though their tremolos work well, you have to cut out so much of the body to make room for it.  I love the simplicity of Jaguar/Jazzmaster tremolo system, plus it looks pretty sweet.  I suggested a coloured headstock and he loved the idea.  We decided on a smaller rustic copper pickguard which left more of the beautiful weathered green wood to catch the eye.  A couple of amber Stratocaster knobs with two shell casings round out the look.  He went with a P90 in the neck and again my favourite SD Hot Lead in the bridge.
Have fun Mac
