Bryan from Saskatoon wanted to know if I could replicate the #050 "Medieval" Guitar. Since he was far enough away from the original one in California I told him I would. You don't want to show up for a jam with your guitar and have someone else with the same guitar. Oh, I forgot, that's what everyone with "off the shelf" guitars does. Medieval 2 is quite similar looking to the original but with a few more nail patterns and details. The biggest difference is the pair of Lollar pickups that it has. Bryan told me to choose the colour of the pickups so I went with tortoise shell. That along with the unusual shape makes the guitar really stand out. Well, looks are important but guitars are for playing and if it looks great and sounds average, you've got a problem. This one doesn't disappoint. The "Charlie Christian" neck pickup is a bomb and the full powerful BS bridge pickup give some pretty sweet tones. Adding a custom Warmoth neck makes it the most expensive Cruzcaster so far.
