#078  Jesse    (Sold)

Now comes this green beauty, #078, for my nephew Jesse . Jesse is a very good guitarist with lots of tasteful musicality. He came up here last year and dropped by the shop to see what was going on. He played one of my unfinished guitars and loved everything about it, the style, the sound, and the feel. We started talking about design and colour and he was drawn to a green one that I was working on but wanted it a bit different look. Well #078 is following along with my new "plank" look with some pretty cool depths of dyes, tints, stains, paints and torch work finished off in a few coats of nitro and then some finishing wax. Since he doesn't use a pick we deleted the big pickguard in favour of a small surround to show off more of the body colour.
A GFS Dream 90 and a Seymour Duncan Hot Lead in the new copper finished bridge give all of the dreamy sounds (and punch when needed) that a sound guru like Jesse could want.
